She brings years of valuable experience in retail to her role at The Lead, where she helps executives make sense of innovation and future-defining trends that are shaping the industry. Prior to The Lead, Sonal has held various strategy roles at Shoptalk, eBay, and Macy’s, from leading in key client relationships to planning and implementing strategic omnichannel initiatives. She has also held an Industry Analyst role with Forrester Research.
