Pano Anthos founded XRC Ventures in 2015 and is the company’s Managing Director. Prior to this, he served in a number of leadership roles for media, retail, consumer goods and industrial companies. He also founded four digital media and software startups, including Gather Education, Hangout Industries, which was the first to bring video game technology and name brands to Facebook in 2007, Pantero and Syntra / ClearCross. He began his career in supply chain and trademarked the term “global logistics systems.” He received his BA from the University of Delaware and SIA from Columbia University. Pano has been a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences including NRF Retail’s Big Show and Shoptalk, and on expert discussion panels for various institutions including RBC Capital Markets, Cowen, Jay H. Baker Retailing Center at the Wharton School of Business, Evercore and others. Pano has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Business Insider, Axios and others.
