NEW YORK, March 4, 2025 – CommerceNext, a community and series of events for retailers and DTC brands, has announced the opening of nominations for the 2025 CommerceNexty Awards. This prestigious annual awards program honors and celebrates the year’s most innovative marketing and ecommerce initiatives. Winners will be announced at the 2025 CommerceNext Growth Show, June 24-26, in New York City.
Last year’s CommerceNexty honorees included E.L.F. Beauty, Patagonia, Carhartt, Coach, American Eagle and Sephora.
“The CommerceNexty Awards spotlight the retail and ecommerce leaders pushing the boundaries of innovation and customer engagement,” said Jenny Marlo, Head of Content at CommerceNext. “Each year, we see groundbreaking strategies that redefine industry standards, and we can’t wait to discover and celebrate the next wave of talent.”
Nominations are now open for the categories below. Marketing, technology and ecommerce executives who would like to nominate themselves, a client or a colleague can do so by completing the nomination form by April 16, 2025.
This year’s award categories are:
- Best Use of Data or Technology in Marketing
- Most Impactful Social Responsibility Campaign
- Most Effective Brand Storytelling
- Outstanding New Ecommerce Experience
- Best Use of a New Channel
- Marketing Innovator of the Year
- Women in Retail’s Top Woman of the Year Award (in partnership with The Women in Retail Leadership Circle)
CommerceNexty winners will be determined through a combination of industry leader judges and an equally weighted popular vote fielded among the companies’ peers. Voting will occur from May 6-27.
