Carlisha Robinson is the Chief Customer Officer of Beyond, Inc., responsible for the strategic roadmap of all product management and user experience (UX) functions across the company’s digital experience. In this role, she oversees the end-to-end customer experience including e-commerce platforms (mobile app, mobile web, and desktop), the customer file, loyalty programs, customer service, and all Beyond+ product and service offerings. Robinson played a pivotal role in Overstock.com’s acquisition of the Bed Bath & Beyond brand and corporate transition to Beyond, Inc. in 2023, and the recent acquisition of the Zulily brand in 2024.

She joined the company when it was Overstock.com in 2022. Previously, Robinson held leadership roles at IBM, BMC Software, CPA Global (Innography), and Volusion. She has more than 30 years of experience in various computer software industries – from Information Technology (IT) to Intellectual Property (IP) to ecommerce – and is known for her ability to successfully distil the needs of customers into innovative solutions, transforming technology organizations to deliver award-winning products that delight customers and drive value.

Robinson earned her “tiger stripes” from an HBCU – Grambling State University – with a Bachelor of Computer Science & Mathematics degree. She is passionate about advancing minority women in technology, education, and in providing justice for all. Robinson advocates and serves as a life-time member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and as a founding board member of the Excellence and Advancement Foundation, an organization focused on prevention and intervention programs to break the school to prison pipeline for minority youth.
