True Religion collaborates with Hoopbus during NBA All-Star Week to promote basketball and art in communities.

Saalt prioritizes menstrual care accessibility for all as part of its ongoing mission.

J.Crew unveils J.Crew Always and SuperCircle programs to help consumers give clothing new life.

Babymoov Group launches an in-house refurbished program, offering second-hand products on their DTC website.

3. Best Use of Data or Technology in Marketing

Necessaire collaborates with Daasity to implement RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) and LTV (Lifetime Value) models to gain actionable insights.

Carhartt collaborates with Bluecore to embrace a customer-centric marketing approach for new revenue opportunities.

Orveon Global collaborates with Cordial to implement personalized product recommendations to increase email conversion rates.

4. Most Effective Brand Storytelling

Dapper Boi embodies the transformative power of inclusive fashion.

AS Beauty significantly elevates the visibility and engagement of Laura Geller Beauty by focusing on the 40+ age demographic.

American Freight undergoes transformative rebranding to AF and overhauls marketing.

Coach's "In My Tabby" campaign intertwines the iconic Tabby bag with personal narratives, spotlighting the transformative moments and enduring strength that define us.

5. Outstanding New Ecommerce Experience

Tractor Supply Company's "My Pet" digital feature enhances their ecommerce platform by offering personalized services for pet owners.

e.l.f. Beauty has pioneered the ecommerce space with "your best e.l.f.," a groundbreaking shopping app for the Apple Vision Pro, marking it as one of the first beauty brands to embrace mixed reality for retail.

American Eagle collaborates with Amazon Prime Video's "The Summer I Turned Pretty" for a seamless shopping experience.

J.Crew's launch of the "J.Crew Virtual Closet" app for Apple Vision Pro, developed with Obsess, combines a virtual styling closet with the interactive SharePlay feature.

6. Best Use of a New Channel

SHEIN expands its digital frontier into the physical realm by launching pop-up shops.

Tilray, navigating the intricate marketing terrain of the cannabis and hemp industry, tackles advertising platform restrictions with a strategic shift to Instacart, in partnership with Stella Rising, in early 2023.

NEST New York collaborates with LiveIntent to boost customer acquisition efficiency by shifting to targeted email campaigns.

Sephora's SEPHORiA: House of Beauty, merges digital and physical spaces in a tribute to beauty diversity, improving brand image and highlighting product distinction.

Award Rules:

  • Winners can only be from retailers or DTC brands.
  • Self-nominations are encouraged, as are any nominations on behalf of other retailers and brands.
  • Voting is limited to 3 votes per company and 1 vote per person
  • Winners are selected based on a combination of our board of judges and a popular vote. The popular vote will contribute 50% to the overall score.
