As vice president, digital, Ryan Fagan is responsible for developing and executing Lowe’s digital strategy to deliver a compelling value proposition for customers and significant sales and margin growth for the company. He also partners with key internal and external stakeholders to drive traffic, further develop Lowe’s endless aisle of products and services, create exceptional omni-channel customer experiences and meet fulfillment expectations. He joined Lowe’s in 2014.

Ryan has more than 18 years of experience in finance, operations, merchandising and marketing. Prior to this role, he served as senior director, finance, where he headed omni finance for Lowe’s eCommerce business, driving growth and profitability in the emerging online market through planning, forecasting and decision support. Before joining Lowe’s, Ryan served IDEX – Fire Suppression Group, where he held multiple finance, business development and marketing positions.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Central Florida, Orlando and an MBA from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
