Pano founded XRC Ventures in 2015. Prior to this, he served in leadership roles for media, retail, consumer goods and industrial companies. He founded four digital media and software startups, including Gather Education, Hangout Industries, the first to bring video game technology and name brands to Facebook in 2007, Pantero and Syntra / ClearCross. He trademarked the term “global logistics systems.” He received his BA from the University of Delaware and SIA from Columbia University.
