Her career spans roles of increasing responsibility at major companies like Macy’s, Express, Foot Locker, and L Brands, where she consistently drove significant business growth and operational improvements. Lee Minor has a proven track record of growing and leading businesses ranging from $40 million to over $4 billion in revenue.

 

Currently, Lee Minor serves as:

– CEO of WOCRA (Women of Color Retail Alliance), which she co-founded in 2020

– Faculty member at The Fisher School of Business, Ohio State University

– Advisory Board Director at Coradorables, an award-winning B-corp fashion brand 

– Founder of Bumbershoot Group, providing C-suite advisory services

Kimberly Lee Minor resides with her husband, Marc B. Minor, Esq., and their dog, Blu. They have two sons.
