Jenna Flateman Posner is currently the founder and CEO of Chief Digital Agency, a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping retailers and brands bridge the gap between how tech is built and deployed by vendors and how retailers buy and implement it. Mrs. Posner is the former Chief Digital Officer for Solo Brands, and prior to that, spent four years as the CDO and VP of Digital at SNIPES, a global sneaker and streetwear retailer. Following her USA Rugby career, Posner was unsurprisingly drawn to the fast-paced world of tech, and prior to her DTC retail experience, accrued 15+ years as a strategic thinker, innovator and retail tech expert for early-stage businesses that existed to companies like: GrubHub, Fiserv and BazaarVoice. Mrs. Posner earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University and EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
