Stacie has spent over 15 years working for global luxury fashion brands such as Versace, Ferragamo and Tod’s Group. Her expertise includes Marketing and Ecommerce. As an early digital adopter, she oversaw the launch of Versace’s ecommerce business in the US and initiated global digital initiatives such as social media, influencer programs and live streaming for the brand.

Currently, as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Americas for Tod’s Group, Stacie oversees Marketing, Ecommerce, VIP, PR, Events and Consumer Experience. She is able to establish deep and long-lasting relationships with creatives while clearly understanding the needs
to grow fashion businesses based on trends, consumer behavior and business opportunities. Since overseeing ecommerce for the group, the business has tripled over the past three years. From a branding perspective, Stacie has led successful initiatives that pushed the envelope while staying true to the DNA of the luxury house. Last summer in East Hampton, she spearheaded an unforgettable experience with the iconic Salt-N-Pepa that generated over 1.7 billion impressions.

Other experiences have included Hollywood notables such as Laura Dern, Katie Holmes, Sharon Stone and Thomas Doherty. All of these offline moments seamlessly integrate digital content and social media amplification. Stacie had the pleasure of being invited to the White House to support and advise the First Lady, Ms. Michelle Obama, with The Better Make Room Campaign. Additionally, she was recognized by ColorComm as one of the 28 black women making history in marketing and communications. She is the Co-Founder of Fashion Tech Connects, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women of color in fashion. She is on the board of Fashion Scholarship Fund, the Black Advisory Board of the CFDA and a member of Jack and Jill, Inc. She continues to provide marketing and ecommerce consultancy through her firm, Diversa.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Missouri State University, where she was recently awarded a Distinguished Alumni Award and a Master’s in Fashion Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She is fluent in Italian, conversational in Spanish and continues to study Japanese. She has lived in Honduras, El Salvador, Ecuador, Japan and Italy. Stacie currently resides with her family in New York City and is officially an ice hockey and soccer Mom.
