Leala Francis is the Senior Vice President of Customer Insights and Membership Experience at AG1, a global health company dedicated to foundational nutrition. Since joining AG1 in 2024, she has overseen all aspects of the member experience, including product and packaging, retention and life cycle marketing, customer happiness and go-to-market strategy and execution.
Francis plays a pivotal role in ensuring that AG1’s decisions are insight-driven, supporting the wellness journey of each member. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Francis has held key roles at global brands like Danone, The Kraft Heinz Company and Sainsbury’s UK. Before joining AG1, she served as Global Head of Customer Experience at WW (WeightWatchers), where she led the design and delivery of the end-to-end member experience.
In her spare time, Francis enjoys racing track cars, strength training, designing homes and spending time with her family in New York.
