We’re less than six weeks away from CommerceNext Virtual Summer Summit and it’s shaped up to be an agenda of must-see sessions covering how digital marketing, ecommerce and customer experience have been reshaped by the COVID-19.
This year, in the midst of a pandemic, we’ve not only pivoted our summit from in-person to online, we’ve also structured both days around the theme “Path to Recovery.” Our goal is to spend two days talking to retail and ecommerce industry leaders about their COVID-19 experiences and plans for recovery. As our “new normals” evolve, we’re using these two days as an opportunity to showcase:
- New digital marketing strategies
- How retail and ecommerce can now be reimagined
- Reshaping customer experience
- Strategies for the 2020 holiday
Here are just two of the many sessions addressing these key topics, both scheduled for Day 2 of the CommerceNext Virtual Summit. Mark your calendars and tell your colleagues and register today.

The New Customer Journey: Traversing Stores And Online
Aaron Sanandres — Co-founder and CEO of UNTUCKit
Wednesday, July 29th at 3:05pm ET
With most stores closed during COVID-19, ecommerce was the only option for many retailers. Then as stores started to re-open, the phased approach introduced many customers to new options like in-store pickup. These last few months have upended the customer journey at an unprecedented speed and in completely unexpected ways. This session discusses what the new customer experience looks like for retailers, both online and in-store, and what our industry should expect for the future.
Aaron Sanandres is the Co-Founder and CEO of UNTUCKit, one of the fastest-growing men’s retail brands in the U.S. Prior to UNTUCKit, Aaron worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers for 17 years, where he was a partner and worked in transaction services and lead the compensation, tax, and accounting team for the Midwest. He joined the company full time as CEO in 2016. Aaron has since joined the Total Retail Tech Board and won a 2018 Retail Innovator Award for his data work and insights with UNTUCKit.
Over the next several weeks, we’ll continue announcing more of our stellar virtual sessions for this year’s conference. Stay tuned and subscribed for updates.
