1. Track 2 Keynote Session: New Products and Services to Support Consumer Well-Being
The New Products and Services to Support Consumer Well-Being keynote session (in Track 2: Innovative Growth Opportunities) takes place on the first day of Shoptalk, Sunday, March 27th. With a keynote address from Tracey Brown, the President of Retail Products & Chief Customer Officer at Walgreens, this will be an essential session for brands looking to take advantage of changing customer preferences.
The Covid-19 pandemic has shaped many 2022 customer trends, and one of the most important changes to customer preferences has been the value for overall well-being. While customers used to simply look for organic or healthy food products, they now are looking to positively contribute to their overall health. Learning how to create offerings to appeal to these new values will be essential for capturing value in the future. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from some of the biggest health-focused brands, like Walgreens, Cirkul and Colgate-Palmolive.
2. CommerceNext TopGolf Networking Event
After the first day of Shoptalk on Sunday, March 27th, join more than 150 community members from 8:30 – 11:30 pm at TopGolf Las Vegas. Don’t let the golf part throw you—this will be pure fun, with activities for everyone and opportunities to connect with your CN community and unwind.
It may be a golfer’s heaven with two PGA golf pros available for quick lessons, but there’s a game for everyone: pool, darts, air hockey and more. Not your flavor? Sit in on the whiskey tasting of a rare 12 year Pappy Van Winkle bourbon and the highly sought-after 15 year WhistlePig estate oak rye.
Transportation: There are shuttles available for the eight-minute ride to the venue and once there, community members will join together for an evening of networking, cocktails and food.

3. Workshop: Understanding the Metaverse: Technologies, Challenges and Opportunities
The metaverse is receiving a great deal of attention from retailers looking to make an impact with users and find creative ways to use this immersive vision of the Internet. From VR, NFTs, virtual products and communities, there are lots of opportunities for retailers to experiment with technologies on the metaverse.
In this workshop, retailers will learn more about the emerging technologies and discuss common pitfalls to avoid, as well as potential opportunities for cultivating growth within the metaverse.
Led by AJ Dalal, the North American Lead for Strategy and Consulting from Publicis Sapient, this workshop will take place on Tuesday, March 29th as part of Track 5’s Session 4.

4. White Out Beach Concert
The last full day of Shoptalk on Tuesday, March 29th wraps up three days of inspiring speakers and insightful conversations. Celebrate with Shoptalk’s White Out Beach Concert starting at 8 PM. Flo Rida will headline the poolside concert and close out the festivities with an entertaining performance.
